Duvatec LLC, a company formed in Utah, United States. We build custom software and sell our own products.

What this site is, and is not

It is informational and commercial material. Nothing you read here, prices included, is a binding contractual offer.

Prices are stated in United States dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price that governs is the one in a signed quote, not the one on this site.

Quotes and engagements

A quote is valid for 30 days from the day we send it, unless we say otherwise in writing.

A project begins when a signed agreement defines scope, dates and price. Until then neither side is under any obligation.

The AI assistant

The assistant answers from material we prepared. It can be wrong or incomplete, and its answers are neither professional advice nor a commitment on price or timing.

Where the assistant and a written answer from a person on our side disagree, the written answer governs.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, code and marks on this site are ours or licensed to us. You may quote us by linking to the source; you may not copy the site or reuse its content commercially without permission.

Third-party product names belong to their owners.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it. There can be outages for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Links to third-party sites are offered for convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

This does not limit any liability the law does not permit us to limit, and it does not affect what a signed project contract says.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
